Retainer Packages

If you purchase a Retainer package, you are purchasing a guaranteed number of hours per month. If additional hours are required to meet your needs, we will contact you to work out an arrangement at the discounted rate.
Payment for retainer packages are payable the 1st of the month. A 10% penalty charge will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 days. Unused hours will not carry over to the next month.
Hourly Rate
Our per project rate can range between $18.00 and $35.00 per hour. Due to the wide range of skills needed per project, we will create a custom proposal that is perfectly suited to your needs. Please call our office or submit a request for proposal via email and we will contact you with more specific pricing details.
Hourly rate projects will require 50% upfront and 50% at completion of the project. A 10% penalty will be charged for all unpaid invoices over 30 days.
Additional Charges
Additional charges for items such as postage, travel time (if needed), special software program purchases (requested by the client), etc. will be billed to the client.
Referrals
If you refer our services and they become a client, you will receive 10% of their first invoice.
